Atim Okorn

I was born in Southern California and have spent the majority of my life here. I've built my career around helping businesses scale thoughtfully, building strong teams, and navigating complex operational challenges.

Before Kinra Partners, I was the Chief Operating Officer of a venture-backed company, and helped scale a leading warehouse automation and logistics technology provider. Earlier in my career, I was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group, supporting clients across energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology.

I earned my MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and my undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University.

I am motivated by the opportunity to build lasting businesses that contribute meaningfully to local communities and create value for the long term.

Nick Houston

I am a Southern California native who grew up around small business and has a keen appreciation for the role it plays in fostering the unmatched dynamism of our US economy. I have deep experience leading high-performing teams and getting results.  

Prior to Kinra Partners, I spent over a decade at the Boston Consulting Group, a leading management consulting firm. I was most recently a Partner in the Los Angeles office, directly leading teams in a range of industries - including financial services, manufacturing, real estate, technology, healthcare, and retail. 

I have an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a BA Economics from Stanford University.

My family is at the center of my motivation and energy. I am committed to strengthening my local community by growing thriving small businesses that persist for decades, not years.
